Acceptable Use Policy

VVAI Academy is for learning AI engineering. This policy applies to your account, the lessons and exercises, the AI tutor, the labs and the community features, and is part of our Terms of Service. You may not:

Accounts and access

• share your login or let other people use your seat;
• create multiple accounts or teams to get around seat limits or free-access limits;
• post team invite links publicly, or sell or trade them;
• copy, scrape, publish, resell or redistribute course content, exercises or reference solutions.

AI tutor, AI grading and labs

• use them to create illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or deceptive content, or malware;
• try to manipulate the AI grader (for example with prompt injection) to inflate scores, or try to extract system prompts or hidden instructions;
• use them as a general-purpose AI service, send automated or bulk requests, or use far more resources than normal learning requires;
• submit other people's personal data, confidential business information, passwords, API keys or other secrets.

Community

• harass, threaten or discriminate against other learners;
• post spam, advertising, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

Security

• probe, scan or attack the Service, or try to bypass access controls or rate limits;
• access other users' accounts or data;
• upload malicious code.

Certificates

• alter certificates, or present them as a professional qualification or accreditation.

Enforcement

We may remove content, reset scores, revoke certificates, limit AI features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break this policy. If the issue involves a team member, we may let the team owner know. Report abuse to support@vvai.io.
