Refund Policy

Payments for VVAI Academy are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how to ask for it.

14-day money-back guarantee

If VVAI Academy isn't right for your team, the team owner can request a full refund within 14 days of the team's first subscription payment. No questions asked. A refund ends the subscription, and paid access for all team members ends once the refund is processed.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally not refundable. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request.

Cancellation

The team owner can cancel at any time from the billing portal on the Team page. Cancelling stops future charges, and your team keeps access until the end of the current paid period. We don't give partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where the law requires it.

How to request a refund

Email support@vvai.io from the team owner's account email and include the email address used at checkout. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Creem to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Your statutory rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
